MERA METAL S.A. is the direct result of more than 50 years of tradition and expertise.
- 1953 – establishment of a Physical Apparatus Manufacturing Company
- 1961 – establishment of the “PAP” Industrial Automation Enterprise in Warszawa-Falenica
– launch of automatic equipment manufacture, as well as industrial measuring and signalling apparatus
- since 1965 – introduction of new generations of products based on modern automatic systems licensed by Siemens, Honeywell and Rosemount
- 1991 – expansion of production scope using existing technologies to include the production of shop racks and warehouse racks
- 1992 – transformation of a state-owned enterprise into the joint-stock company “MERA-PNEFAL S.A”.
- 1993 – manufacture of steel platforms for scaffolds begins in cooperation with German companies
- 1994 – establishment of a new powder varnish plant
- 1997 – implementation of varnish polymerization technology using a continuous infrared furnace
– purchase of the first numerically controlled machines for the die-shearing and bending of metal sheets
– cooperation begins with Geberit on the production of pre-wall sanitary frames
- 1998 – expansion of the product assortment to include thermostatic heads, head radiator valves, and thermostatic controllers of usable warm water
- 1999 – Mera Pnefal ZPC Sp. z o.o becomes an independent company within the Mera Pnefal group
- 2008 – transformation of the company into the joint-stock company MERA PNEFAL ZPC S.A.
– use of a robotised welding station
- 2009 – purchase of devices for the laser-cutting of flat elements and closed profiles
– the company’s name is changed to MERA METAL S.A.
- 2010 – purchase of a multi-point spot welder
